We may collect the following information — only when you voluntarily provide it or when it is generated by your use of the App: Category Examples Account Data Name, email address, password or Apple ID, preferred language Profile & Preference Data Body measurements you choose to enter, style or size preferences, saved outfits User Images Full-body or partial photos you upload for virtual try-on (see Section 3) Device & Usage Data Device model, OS version, IP address, log files, in-App actions, crash reports Purchase Data Subscription status, in-App purchase receipts (processed by Apple) Other Voluntary Data In-App feedback, survey responses, customer-support interactions
3. Special Note on User Images
Photos you upload ("User Images") are essential for generating AI try-on visuals. We use them only to create and display your virtual outfit previews and to improve our fit algorithms. User Images are never used for: Facial recognition or identity verification Biometric profiling unrelated to garment fit Advertising or marketing of third-party products

Provide and improve services – Render try-on previews, recommend sizes, debug, and enhance fit accuracy. Personalize your experience – Save favorite looks, suggest styles, remember size history. Process purchases – Manage subscriptions and in-App payments via Apple. Communicate with you – Send account notices, product updates, and (with opt-in) promotional offers. Analytics – Understand anonymized usage trends to guide product development.
5. Data Security
Transport Layer Security (TLS) for data in transit AES-256 encryption for User Images at rest Role-based access controls; only staff with a strict need-to-know may access raw images Annual security audits and employee confidentiality agreements No internet or cloud system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
6. Data Retention & Deletion Data Type
Standard Retention Your Controls User Images Stored for up to 90 days to enable re-try-on and algorithm tuning, then deleted or irreversibly anonymized Delete any photo immediately in the App ("My Photos" → "Delete") Account Data While account is active Delete account in Settings → "Delete Account" (erases all data within 30 days) Inactive Accounts If no login for 3 years, all personal data—including images—are purged — Deleting the App from your device does not cancel subscriptions; manage those in the App Store → Subscriptions.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the App or provide any personal information. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a user under 18, we will promptly delete it.
8. Third-Party Disclosure
No selling or renting of personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics). They must follow strict confidentiality and security obligations. Aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g., "80% of users prefer size M") may be shared with brand partners to improve size charts—never with identifiers or images. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or court order.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your province, state, or country. We use contractual safeguards and recognized transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect data moved across borders.
10. Your Rights
